HELP AT THE TABLE

Help While You Play

Table problems are usually small and fixable in a minute, so we keep the fixes close to the felt. If a stream freezes, switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi, then reload the table; your seat and your hand stay on the server. Buy-in queries go to live chat, where the team walks you through the wallet step by step. Account checks that hold up a cash-out are handled by our verification desk, and you can watch the status from your account page instead of chasing an email.

Table Stream Help

When the live poker stream stutters, test your connection, reload the table and rejoin. The server keeps your seat, your stack and the hand already in play.

Live Chat Desk

Chat opens from inside the table and from your account page, so you can ask about a bet, a buy-in or a dealer call without walking away from the hand.

Wallet and Buy-In Checks

Move money in with Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay, then open the wallet tab to see your buy-in leave the balance before the first card is dealt.

Inside igang88 Live Poker

Live poker here means a real dealer, a real deck and a table that keeps running while you decide your next move. Evolution and Pragmatic Play supply the streams, so Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Caribbean Stud sit beside dealer-led hold'em rooms that carry side bets on the felt. You pick a seat, buy in with ringgit from your account wallet,

then play hand by hand. The dealer chat, the shuffle and the table timer all run inside the same video feed. Players in Alor Setar open these tables on mobile data. Return figures show only where a studio publishes them.

HOW WE RUN IT

How We Keep Tables Straight

Every live poker hand here runs on a stream from a studio we carry, with the shuffle done on camera before the deal. Cards, dealer calls and table timers are recorded, so a hand you question can be pulled back and checked against the feed. We show studio return figures only where a provider exposes them, and we leave the field empty rather than fill it with a number nobody published. Cash-outs pass the same account verification as the rest of the lobby before any money leaves.

Studio-Dealt Streams

Tables are dealt inside provider studios and streamed straight to your screen, so what you see on the felt is what the dealer is holding in the studio.

Shuffle on Camera

The deck shuffle happens in plain view before each round and the dealer confirms card values, which makes every live poker hand traceable after the fact.

Table History

Your bets, side bets and results are logged to the table history, so you can reopen a past round, compare it with the recorded stream and query anything that reads wrong.

Verified Cash-Outs

Before a payout leaves the account we match the wallet name to the holder, a routine check applied to live poker cash-outs the same way it applies across the lobby.

Poker Terms You'll Hear

Dealer-led poker comes with its own vocabulary, and a few of those words get used loosely depending on who you ask, so here is how we use them at our tables. Read it once and the dealer calls will land cleanly on your first hand.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A table game where you play heads-up against the dealer rather than other players. You post an ante, see your two cards, then fold or continue with a play bet.

What is Three Card Poker?

A quick poker variant dealt three cards to your hand. You look at the cards, then fold or play, and the dealer needs a qualifying holding before the play bet is paid.

What does ante mean?

The forced opening bet that puts you into a hand. In dealer-led poker it is the small amount you post before any card is turned your way.

What is a side bet?

An optional extra wager riding on the same hand, usually paying on a strong holding such as a straight or better. It settles on its own, separately from your main bet.

What is a buy-in?

The money you move from your account wallet onto the table before the first hand. Your stack rises and falls with each round you play at that seat.

What is dealer qualification?

The minimum holding a dealer needs before your raise gets paid. When the dealer does not reach it, the round usually hands your raise back instead.

Live Poker Questions, Answered

Most of what people ask us about live poker comes down to seating, buy-ins and what happens when the video hiccups, so those are the ones answered below. If your question is about a table rule such as a side bet or a raise, the game window spells it out while you play, and our live chat team can read the same screen with you.

Open the live casino tab, pick a poker table, choose an empty seat, then confirm your buy-in in ringgit from the account wallet. The dealer opens the round once you are seated.

At our live poker tables you play against the dealer only. Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Caribbean Stud are heads-up formats, so nobody else's betting touches your hand.

Yes. Tables load in the mobile browser and in the app, and the video keeps running when you switch networks. Reload the table and your seat stays where you left it.

Reconnect and reload the table. The hand keeps playing on the studio side, your bet stays in the round, and the result lands in your table history whichever way it settles.

Buy-ins come out of your account wallet, which you top up with Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay or DuitNow, and cash-outs return to that same wallet after verification.

Your live poker tables and the football sportsbook sit under one login and one ringgit wallet, so you can move from Malaysia Super League markets to a poker seat without a second account.
